Thanks for the update Timbo.....it sucks when you buy a new machine and the manufacturer hasn't got their crap together!! I'm sure if you take it back and told them to give your money back, they will laugh you out of the dealership. Poor craftsmanship has screwed most of my snowmobiling season and it's half over. Mine has spent more time in the shop then riding it. My dealer has been great with getting it out the door fast, now if Polaris would only man up, these problems may get resolved.
