Having problems getting the right rpms that I am supposed to get according to SLP they say 7600-7800 rpm. Playing around 3000-6000 ft. Cat weights in primary 80 gram(use to run 83.5 gram) with the SLP green/white spring (160/300), 36 degree helix and 060 belt (tried running a 046 even with no shim it rides above the top of the secondary). Fuel controller is a PC5 with the 218-A map from SLP. SLP big air intake and a 3 inch camo extreme for traction.Only pulling 7100 rpm on the lake on a 500 run at 2400 elevation. Going to revy soon would like to figure this thing out. My buddy with a 08 m1000 said the map is too lean as he is running the 215 map in his PC5 and the #'s are way fatter than the 218-A map. Any help would be welcome.

Try 76g weights,A/F gauge will help tuning your map, seems weird you can't run the 046 belt something's fishy

046 belt should pull 200 rpm more . Belt should be 1/8 " higher than the secondary. I think Slp recommended 73 grams.
