09 m1000 bogging at 6800rpm

09 m1000 jaws twin pipes timbersled air filters boondocker fuel controller..The sled will bogg some times at 6800 and cut me down to 6200 and wont clean up then some times she runs like a champ with no boggs.this all happened after i blew a belt and one of the exhaust valve cables broke replaced both and the are installed and adjusted properly servo seems to be working fully opening valves. mag side cylinder is wet clutch side is clean and burning nice switched injectors around same problem same cylinder wet. any help please will be great thanks

I would be thinking that if you went through the effort of switching the injectors you also checked the basic's? Like coil wires and connectors and sparkplugs to that Mag cylinder?

yep ive checked the coils and most of the wires throu the sled.its got me really stumped
