09 acrtic cat snopro steering stem

have an 08 m8 comming into the shop to put an adjustable steering stem on from an 09 snopro has anyone done this an if they did was it a simple bolt on thanks need some imput on this

They are doing that upgrade at Don's Speed Parts in Wainwright. A guy from Grande Cache did his '07 M1000; said it took them about an hour to change it out.
