08 KTM SX250F starting problems

I have a 08 ltm sx250f and it has about 40 hours and it is hard to start cold if I dont kick it right the first few times it will take about another 40 kicks wen its hot it takes about 5 kicks with the hot start any ideas about it all help would be helpful!!!!!!

Get your valves adjusted they're probably to tight then change your spark plug
