I may have an opportunity for a deal on a Team Tied set-up for my 2012 Etec 163. What do you guys think? I had a Team TSS-04 on my 2008 and I absolutely loved it. Crisp back shift, and being able to rip your secondary off in 30 seconds was awesome. I haven't even ridden the sled yet so I'm looking for some honest opinions on this upgrade. Was the clutching on the 2012 lacking? The sled is bone stock right now, but I wouldn't rule out the possibility of a Trygstad 872 when the time comes for a new top end. Should I buy this clutch or leave the sled alone? Help!

Id say depends on how good of deal ur getting. Stock clutching isn't too bad.

The Tied is a good clutch, a little heavy but consistent. It can work better or worse depending on the whole setup and primary .
I liked mine, but not enough to run it over the qrs properly setup.
I ran a 73/63.46 with a black/ purple and 2 delrins. Primary clutch was stock 12. I geared up 2 teeth on top. 163 track.
It worked very good but not enough f or me to justify the added cost and weight.
