Does anyone have any suggestions as to what a good plastic cleaner is? What works for getting out those clutch dust and sooty looking stains? Any input is apprecieated.

Envirosol. I get it from a truck wash here in town. But I would imagine you could get it almost anywhere.

Citrol works really good too. Its citrus based cleaner. I get it from our oilfield supply shop.
