looks good as long as the engine support portion of the chassie is stronger then the suspension module the sled should be fine. Looks like you would still be able to replace the s module independant from the e mod see all the rivets at :52.
My only concern would be the lower a arm rear mount...

its not hard to do. if you didn't hurt the e module, the s and steering brace are fairly easy to change just replace with bolts like mentioned above. i caught a rock last year replaced steering bracket, lower a arm and carbides then i massaged the s module back to place and it was under $500...
I looked at both these tires studded for a good winter this year and ended up getting the Muteki trail hog studded. To early to tell but they look very similar to the duratracs for considerably less $$.

I have herd if you float your secondary it can help out with you alignment issuse also maybe just shim your motor then reinstall. I dono bulkhead sounds like a big job if its not really bad.
1500 miles no problems still original spark plugs on my 12. Sp. haven't done a runout test or comp test for bout 500 miles but it's still pulling strong.

I think I need to add 2 grams to stock weight as the clutching is fine except that it runs on clicker 1 and and is still hitting 8200 rpm at 5500'-6000' (fernie).
