Got everything installed , one issue the spot for the kill switch that mounts on the front of the throttle block ? It just fits in loosely ,,???? Nothing to hold it tight in there anyone have this problem

anyone know how to remove this stuff? I power washed off the actual print but now im left with the adhesive all over it lol , I have tried acetone , air craft paint remover, goo be gone or whatever that stuff is called ! power washer turned up to 150 degrees didn't even touch it ! any advice...
