tweaked lower titanium a arm .... fixable??

is it possible to do anything with the lower a arm... it has a slight bend to it , didnt take much of an impact ... i thought titanium was suppose to be tuff !!! lol oh well any input would be awsome ! if not they will hang on the wall ! thanks guys

Alternate impact? I would call company and see what they suggest

Ti is lighter not stronger. If its bent through a straight section and you know someone with a TIG welder you could chop out the section and stitch in a new piece

Guy won't do a thing honestly these a arms fold right up with little impact

Yep....but they are light! David had the same experience, just a tree glance off the side of the ski and it was in 2 pieces. Nicely made product, just not the best choice in the trees. Their Cromoly arms are much stronger, still lighter than stock....at least his Doo arms are.

You can't just tig titanium. It requires a process to weld.
Buy a new one or replace with chromoly .

had friends fold up the chromoly ones aswell might try Zbros or get a DOO lol

Process?...ummm...sheild gas? Yes you can just Tig Ti after a similar cleaning process to aluminium.
