I plan to get the battery load tested now, it seems the charging is working just need to find something between the charger and the battery now?? doesnt sound fun I plan to get the warrenty upgrades now as well

On my 2007 700 King Quad I lost my charging capability, I charge the battery up and it starts fine but as the day goes on I just drain the battery. At the days end the battery shows 10.5 volts and wont turn over and 9 volts while running. Does anyone now much about rebuilding the charging system...

Sorry it took so long to reply guys but thanks for your help. I ended up running a new circuit from the battery with a 20 amp fuse. Works good now

On my 2007 700 king quad I have no more power going to my accessory 12 volt lighter plug-in and was wondering if anyone has any wiring diagrams so I can fix this. I may have to run a new fused circuit to it straight from the battery but would rather fix the old wiring. Any help will help

ya I think I may try this VDI, its expensive but it sounds like its the way to go. When I get it installed I will inform everyone with the results

I did the 18 gram weights and the coop mod with 1.5mm shimm and the bottom end is better, little difference is better than nothing, Now Im back to or better than normal with small tires, Thanks guys

Ya that looks awesome, Im doing this for sure. Can I make these shims out of washers or something as long as they are 2mm and I assume the same OD and ID as the shafts, or should I order them in.

In my 07 700 kinquad I have 22 gram weights for my clutch in now and was wondering if I should go to the 18 gram ones, which ones have the best results for power. I also have the yellow secondary spring, is green the better one to go for the power?

Hey guys, Ive got a 07 700 king quad and Im tired of the rev limiter in reverse, can anyone tell me how to get rid of this. I would also like to put a chip in it and was wondering if that will kill the rev limiter in reverse as well
