    Turbo XMs

If you've got an XM an you want to support a great Canadian company with nothing but a great product and superb service go with TSS. You will not be disappointed! I've been in there shop a few times this season and I've seen 80% XM's every time. Always new kits being installed. They know what...

    New TSS Can:)

I have a C3 belt drive on mine so it's technically not a chain case anymore, but I've got no issues adjust my belt with the tensioner. If you remove the upper rear screw on the 'foot forward/sharks mouth' plastic piece and flex the plastic outwards it makes it a heck of a lot easier to get a...

    All in a Days Work

Mine died like that a few days ago. To bad I was 4 bowls back @ Eagle Pass. Only cost me $800 to tow it out, vertically!

    Electrical issues

It was actually the hand warmer. It overheated and shorted out on the handle bars. New warmer fixed it.

    2012 xp TSS setup

Mine runs at 11.5+/- most of the time too. But other times it's at 14.8. All around 6000'. Haven't adjusted my controller at all. I also had my boost gauge dropping to about -2# and going up 5# instead of 0-7 (usually around mid-day. TSS says it's due to vacuum created throughout the days...

C3 belt drive on the XM...

Deflection and tension are very important is right, especially when you run a turbo. I blew a belt, but I had my tension to tight. Another very important point is to check and re-loctite the jack shaft/hub bolt. Mine loosened off just slightly and the hub had about 10% of the splines left. Might...

    Electrical issues

Engine runs but I never actually rode it. I shut it off, fiddled with the DESS & kill switch, got unstuck/ate (yada, yada) fired it up again and the electrical came back on. I rode it out, thawed in shop overnight and no issues the next morning

    Electrical issues

Good point. Don't want to cook my turbo or anything else for that matter. Hopefully I'll be able to get it to act up at home, I'll carry a multimeter to check components on the hill. Dealer says he's seen something as simple as a faulty bulb create similar problems. I'm going to check all my...

    Electrical issues

On my 13 800 XMX the electrical intermittently flickers or completely cuts out. The sled still runs. The dealer can't isolate the problem being that it's intermittent. My question is will I harm anything on the engine or my TSS turbo kit by running with no electrical. For example if it cuts out...

    Electrical flicker/cutout

Anyone have any ideas...? My 800 XMX electrical intermittently flickers on the digital display as well as the headlights being quite dim. Rev it up a bit and all is well. Sometimes all the electrical cuts out for a longer period. Play with the DESS &/or the kill switch, fire it up and all is...

    *hid headlight kits!!*

In case you're wondering... I have a 2012 ram which has very poor OEM headlights. I've been running with stock low beams and I only use my fogs and hi beams with no oncoming traffic. And I live in B.C. There is very little room for error on the highways. I NEED the best lighting possible.
