Just curious, but if I were to change out my 154" track to a 163", do I have to put a tunnel extension on? Would it make a difference in cooling or anything else if I didn't do the extension?

Most replace the spring every season as it weakens being compressed. Always good to pull apart and check the rollers and arms and give it a good cleaning. Also good to pull the secondary apart and check the rollers in it as well. I found on of the rollers in my secondary broken when I pulled it...
Replaced the upper a-arm already. Still back a bit on the one side. Can't see where it's tweaked on the s-module but doesn't affect the handling of the sled. Just going to keep riding the way it is.

I posted this in Lost & Found but figure I'll post this here as well. Was sledding at Sproatt (by Whistler) yesterday and when we got back to trucks I set my backpack/helmet down on a trailer next to my truck. Grabbed helmet and backpack but may have left camera. I'm from the island so if anyone...

Coming up to Kelowna this weekend (on Saturday) from the island to deliver a trailer for a friend. Thinking about bringing my dirt bike up if anyone is interested in hooking up for a ride on Sunday. If interested let me know - 250-436-0880. Got a 2014 Husqvarna 450. Thanks Russell.

Anyone been up Brandywine lately? Wondering what conditions are like. Possibly going to come over for the long weekend if it's decent.
Rode Brohme Ridge today (May 10) and snow conditions were good for beginning of May. Was heavy and wet, but with the bit of fresh it made for good carving...
You'll see in the first picture (left side) the upper a-arm is more forward from the shock as compared to right side. Also the ball joints just about line up straight.

Did some measurements, and it's the upper a-arm. It's tweaked forward, which changed the caster on the spindle, causing the ski the be back that bit.

Bent the lower a-arm on my sled a couple weekends ago and after changing it, the one ski (left if it matters) sits back about 3/4" still. This is just eyeballing it. Can't see any damage on the aluminum bracket so I'm wondering if the upper
a-arm could tweaked? I did a degree check on another...
Working on boss's sled, its a 2008 Cat M8. He got a cold air intake for it and installed it on. Wondering if there are other modifications that need to be done other than just installing filter, and plastic cover. Does there have to be holes made anywhere? He got the kit off eBay, no...
