They think the fixed flange and sliding flange can be salvaged, if so would the rebuild kit be all I need for parts..

Off hand would you know how much this rebuild kit was? I was quoted $2000.00 for a complete rebuild.

My primary clutch is shot on my 2008 summit xp, both the flanges might be able to be used the rest needs to be replaced is it worth the rebuild or can I replace it with a comet clutch? Ideas

Just found out my secondary is ok, primary is shot,needs a complete rebuild.. Was quoted $2000.00 might be less if the flanges are ok. What are my options any ideas..

I think I have the aftermarket one, it's screwed into the secondary and has two locking nuts with Allen key set screws. It seems to be tightly attached if I put my finger inside can feel some threads. How can I check this. It seems however I adjust it it keeps opening the secondary but the belt...

I have a 2008 summit xp with some form of secondary issue. It seems that my secondary clutch keeps tightening the belt no matter how i adjust the belt deflection. Is something wrong with the helix or internal parts of the secondary. Any ideas...

I was running #4 the first day at mcbride seemed ok, the second day it was colder and on#4 it was reving at 8500-9000. I tryed 5 and even 6 and no change. I would change the setting then take a pull on the hill, 3/4 throttle was around the 7800 then to the bar was 8500-9000.Is it safe to run it...

when setting the primary for RPMs should it be while climbing or normal riding. It seemed that wherever number i set it at the RPMs were around the 8500-9000 range. maybe my primary needs to be rebuilt. Its a 08 xp no mods i ride edmonton area at #2 and rode Mcbride at #4,5,6 i even tryed 3. no...

I too would like some directions google maps seemed to get me nowhere. not sure which direction to take out of town, is it the same way to lucille or on the other side of town. is the road marked and what is the parking lot like was planning riding there on the 31st.
