Motor mounts to soft? Engine stopper set incorrectly? Sounds a lot like 2008 xp...they updated motor mounts and secondary tower and problem went away...someone with this issue should take a video of the clutches with sled on a stand.

I replaced mine with the irondog 's mod 2 years ago and taken a few good full on tree trunk hits and only bent a few bumpers and the pipe once..haha not so funny...but 's mod and emod still straight!...seen to many braced sleds with cracked emod...it's the ski tugs or one ski hookers that really...
Take out the guage, unplug, and check all of the little pins (contacts) they get bent and corroded...if it checks out ok I'd say warranty

Don't forget about clutching the beast as well...probably gonna need 438 ramps to get 3 inch to spool up properly.

Pic shows washers that I used last season but this year I just cut some 3/8 Arctic cat a arm bushings to to match thickness of the washers...a little less redneck this way but not much..haha

Iron dog s-mod... $30 more CAD I think...been good for a few good hits so far. There's all the RS module/free ride bracing plus upper a arm supports that I had to build shims for and get longer bolts. This is on a 14 xm.
