it's defenetly lean, but what cause this lean condition?

thanks nelson, with your map it's much better, i got a nice tan color on my plug now, but still need to touch up the 0-30% throttle at 3750 to 5500rpm, got a wideband 02 on order.

just curious to see what you guys are using for oil? this is my first cat, had yamaha, ski-doo previously, been using lucas semi-synthetic racing oil and had great result/no problem at all, wondering if i should still keep what worked well for me, any though/idea/recomendation?
