I have a "parts" 1991 Kitty Cat I am thinking of building into a mild mod; lift kit, shave the head down, port, polish, 20 or 22mm Carb, custom pipe. Am I wasting my time buildin the stock 60cc 2-stroke Suzuki? Would I be better off show horning a Honda GX200 motor in instead?

Check your track tension, make sure you have all the factory boogie wheels on your rear skid (fronts are critical I have found), vent the hood, side panels, run a 50/50 mix antifreeze with water wetter, check cooling system for leaks and make sure you have the right cap

So you don't have any kind of boost gauge on the sled?

I rode Koko Claims today and when I got back to the truck 2 Elkford SARs volunteers greeted me and were asking if my brother or I had seen a group of 3 sledders?... Later saw the RCMP helicopter flying in as we were driving towards Sparwood.:(
