Mine did a similar thing after I took the fairing off to replace one of the switches. Check to see if the switches are all plugged in correctly.

On Sunday when we were there on the Cummings trail there's route we found through the trees, back onto the creek up a small hill back onto the trial.

I have a ¾” rubber mat in my truck and the carbides don’t slide on the mat very well. My solution was a 4’ wide piece of ½” plywood with strips of an old plastic box liner screwed to it the width of the skis. Works good.
