I started an HD apprenticeship when I was 19. I was working for a small oilfield company based out of the west end and for the most part the job was great. They wound up sending me to Brooks to fill in for a swamper on a picker. I was only supposed to be gone for 5 days, but that turned into 2...

Went for a ride on the sturgeon on sunday...waste of time. We staged at namao which was the first mistake. Should have headed further north toward Bon Accord...snow seemed better up that way.

The road in was good. A little icy, but it had been recently graded. I can't wait to get back up there in a couple of weeks.

We staged from km 28 on gas plant road...mind you there seemed to be enough snow to go right from town.

We were out at Goose Tower yesterday. It was super windy, but the riding was good. It must have been snowing up there when it was raining here. Lots of drifting and windblown areas, but the trees were good times.

That's the rectifier in front of the rad...the rev limiter is just to the left behind the oil tank. I'm working on one of these for a buddy and I'm wondering if anyone would know why the coolant isn't circulating properly? We've bled and bled air out of the system, but the temp light is still...

My 98 670x gobbles fuel. It could be the way I ride, but my buddy has the same motor in his sled and he gets about 1/3 more mileage than I do.
