How the F*ck Do You Get the Stock Tunnel Stiffeners Off

I’ve removed these from two sleds now. Put the drill bits away. I ground the rivet heads off from the inside of the tunnel with a dremmel tool. Then they just pop off easy.

    New decking for sled deck

I used marine grade plywood & stained grey with grit added to the mix. Works great and you don't slip around. Sent from my iPhone using Tapatalk

    Sled Batteries

EarthX, Inc. - Lithium Replacement Batteries for ATV, Motorcycles, Snowmobiles and Scooters (fits Harley, Suzuki, Buell, Honda, Kawasaki, Polaris, Ducati, BMW, and many others) $$$ but worth it after you crater a few lead/acid batteries over the years @$150 a pop. Just my opinion. Sent from...

    14 RMK Assault Turbo Build

I, and many others run AV gas (100 LL=100 octane, low lead). Works well, easy to get and much cheaper than race gas. Some guys mix some premium in, but I don't want to risk det issues. Stay well away from anything with ethanol in it. I can run 12 psi safely on AV

    14 RMK Assault Turbo Build

That will be sweet. Could consider the tunnel bulkhead braces from Vanamburg and think about a resistor for the headlight delete. Some voltage regulator changes have been made over previous models and it's cheap added security. Give your oil pump a little turn up when under the hood also...

Titanium Springs in skid (setup questions)

They are from a guy in Chocrane that custom makes them. He laser cuts the aluminum, powder coats, then puts backing on. They are very tough. I can track down contact details if you are interested ? Best ones I've seen so far.

Titanium Springs in skid (setup questions)

I did get some rough numbers from them, but wanted to see what others experiences have been with them. Currently the Ski springs are at 10.5" after preload. Rear skid spring is 11-3/8" and front skid spring is 6-1/4" when preloaded. thanks, Steve

Titanium Springs in skid (setup questions)

So I upgraded my springs to RCS (Renton coils springs) in titanium & progressive in the rear skid. Any recommendations for initial setup by anyone? I'm 170 lbs and love the tree riding. It's a 2014 pro with a BD turbo

    Quick Drive belt change

I would agree with Danbot. After blowing a QD belt and dealing with the melted mess, I don't run them to failure. May be a bit of a fight to get the gears on the shafts in the bush too, unless you have the alignment bushings to help you out. I just carry them with me now. Just in case.
