They don't require us to have insurance down here in the states on ATVs or motorcycles(street or dirt). However with my ability to do stupid things I've thought about it just to pay for damage if I drop one off a mountain side.

Thanks, I'll have to look around some more. I don't know whats up with my winch, if I don't use a pully block to double the power its almost helpless. Last spring I had a winch and two other quads pulling on it and it still took 1/2 hour of shoveling mud to get it to move.

A guy I know has the same problem with an older polaris trail boss 250. It turns over fine with electric start but won't start. yank the pullstarter and it fires everytime. I havn't talked to him for awhile so I don't know what he found out but if you do I'd be curious to know.
