hey if i remember right under the seat beside the computer there is another little black box. unplug it and see if it still flashes. i was working on one awhile ago and it was doing something similar and cant remember but i think it had something to do with that box

it depends on how fast it flashes [ thats the codes for it ] ....

if its even [ time in both lights ] its the kbec [ engine brake acuator code ]
mine does it everyonce and a while [ i just un plug the 30a main fuse and it resets it ] ...

there is a mod u can do to bypass the kbec but i haven't done it yet....

i have a very strong pim clutch spring and i think thats what does it....

and with the big spring at 5 mph or less the engine brake don't work anyways and that what happens when u by pass it.....
