That sucks Cable guy.

We need to find a fix for this.
And fast.

Pretty sure they have fixed it for 2020...we just don’t know what part numbers pertain to the fix. Someone needs to confirm on the new 2020 clutch if the clearance issue is fixed or not. I can’t remember where I seen someone said they have fixed it on these new clutches. KaneDog was supposed to confirm for us

Can’t wait to hear this story...wonder why he didn’t bring his alpha?
Hopefully someone figures it out.
And if new bolts are the fix, where do we source them?

Have you got your new clutch back from warranty yet SkegPro? What clutch was yours again? Did you have cracks? So many clutches hard to keep track of!

Cat care hasn't responded yet....

So dealer ordered in a new clutch for me and said someone will pay for it, still haven't figured out if that means me lol.

Mine was the one with the cracked tabs.

Yes that’s right well good news you have a new clutch coming. Bull**** they have no reply, good on your dealer for ordering in a new clutch for you. Just check the date on it when it arrives I wouldn’t take it if it’s not one of these new ones. I can’t see your dealer making you pay for it. It’s pretty clear as day that it’s cracked. Hopefully the new clutch arrives this week

Well ****ty thing is he ordered in the same clutch part number that was on my 2018 cause he said cat care would decline it for sure if we didn't ordered in the same part number.

I am really unsure of what I should do right now.

If I take this new clutch it's still a time bomb.

Unfortunately he’s right, he will have to order in the same part number as the failed clutch on paper. However, the old part number SHOULD supersede into the new clutch part number, this will depend on how many old clutches CAT has laying around? They will want to get all the old clutches out before they put the new ones out. It will be very interesting to see what part number you get when your new clutch shows up.

What I really don’t get is when you lookup the 2020 clutch part number it shows it as being part #0746-895

2018 and 2019 show it as #0746-885

The part numbers we have on our clutch covers are a very old arctic cat part number meaning the 0725 series was from the 90’s the part numbers we have on our clutch covers make absolutely no sense at all? When you enter in the part number on your clutch cover nothing comes up?

CLUTCH,DR.UNCAL-TEAM-HDI33MM (423460) is the team cross reference part number for the newest 2020 clutch CAT part number 0746-895

CLUTCH,DRIVE-UNCAL-HDI33MM (423215)
Is the team cross reference part number for the 18-19 CAT part number of 0746-885 (which replaces/supersedes part number 0746-876)

CLUTCH,DRIVE-UNCAL-TEAM-HDI33MM (423031) is the team cross reference part number for 0746-876 (this part number is more then likely the original part number that got recalled)
