Was it you setting up the beacons on Fri Darcy? We broke trail into the lakes that day and it was awesome. Really cool how it wind swept everything up there. Kinda sucked to ride but looked so neat.
Yup that was me

I had to work but a buddy did, everything was really wind affected. Last pull was icy, one sled ended up coming down on its own and kissed the million dollar rock.

Snowfall warning out for tomorrow 10-20cms in town.

How you liking the xm Darcy.
Ya I seen a couple pics of a machine missing an a arm. When you kiss that thing you gotta do it gentle. Like kissing your cousin
I really like the xm, I have way more energy at the end of the day compared to the m7.

I do regret not getting a 163 but the sled was such a good deal I could not pass it up. Rode my buddies 174 and it was a big mistake, now I need one lol.

Haha Ya I think a t3 163 would be a nice setup. Quite an upgrade from the old cat I bet eh. Now you can just ride for longer right!
That's the problem with the 174 it's just like a tractor. Anywhere you can find Yu just plug along.

You guys been back into Forster or brewer lately?

Picture was from Brewer Friday. Trail is rough but was nice in the basin.
It's friggin cold, -32 at the resort yesterday and today. Looks like a Dry spell for a week.

I want go explore brewer again, made over some sketchy little bridge and up a sketchy waterfall and just to the first opening and my chaincase grenaded.

Least it's mostly downhill from there coming out! It's an area I wanna learn better to. Only been a couple times and it's always socked in when we go.

Logging is done up Forster so no more road maintenance unfortunately. We are going to try and keep the road open to the 27km parking lot but no promises.

It is already getting slippery, couple trucks in the ditch around 22km last weekend.

Hopefully not riding from the 19, going to try and plow it Today with the truck. If it dumps down low we'll plow it with the groomer.

Trail from 27 is Great, getting groomed tonight.
Glacier was severely wind affected Last weekend, hard like concrete.

I plowed the road from 19km to 27.7 this Morning, it's in pretty good shape. 15cms of fresh at the p lot.
