Hey y'all,

I've had one of the pre-load adjustment rings on one of my front Walker Evans shocks ceased, so I can no longer adjust the pre-load. Problem is, it's ceased too loose. I have brought it in to the dealer to try and get it warrantied. If they don't warranty the shock, I'm going to need to get a new one. Wondering if anyone out there is upgrading their shocks and looking to sell a pair.
Let me know,
Thanks

Cycle Works in Calgary has been really good so far. Only dealt with them a couple times, but they have been really useful. Just being proactive in trying to find a cheaper replacement in case Polaris doesn't replace it.

if there is no physical damage caused by miss use they should warranty it, could you make a space to sit on top of the retainer?

I had that happen to one of my WE shocks in 09 and I had it covered under warranty, they gave me a new shock.
