Sled Rental

Was wondering if anyone in the Radium/Fairmount/Invermere area rents sleds? Don't want to drive all the way to Golden.

Rental Sled at Toby Creek Adventures - They are good guys here

Invermere Rentals(i believe its called) rents sleds, beacons, etc. as well. Dealt with them last year, good guys.

Toby Creek would be a good bet because they have a riding area right there(Forget what it's called.)

So you wouldnt have to worry about towing the sled around.

Area where Toby's rental's are is called Paradise it's actually kinda across from Panarama ski hill....not a very big area....everytime I've been there it's been windblown....some good tree riding though....would be great if it was deep everywhere....lots of tour's ridin circles on the hardpack givin us dirty confused looks as we were blastin through the tree's last time we were there....same when we were having lunch....they stopped about 50ft from us, and a couple of them just stared at us givin us these dirty looks....than they tryed for about 15min to try and start one of the sleds with the killswitch on...until the tour guide came over...lol

It's so true! The newbie on sleds just go in circles around the base of the bowl, we call it the toilet bowl...

It is a small area but the times we have been there the hills were untouched pow because of the 'toilet bowl' LOL, so we beat up the hills. The guys at Toby Creek Adventures are super nice too!
