Skidoo Rotex 380f Grand Touring won't start with key??

I have a Skidoo Rotex 380f Grand Touring that doesn't start with the key. It does start by pulling it over and it runs great. The battery is brand new and I have checked the connections, all seems fine. It does shut off with the key. When I turn the key there is no sound what so ever. Just wondering if anyone could send me in the right direction.
