It is still the 163 skid moved back into a 174 track for the attack angle. The vents were easy to do and love them. Call Bruce at Mountain MAgic for the vents and tell him Darren sent you. He will ship them out to you and he has them in stock. 780-474-9400

Looks great. Is that still a 163? It looks like you threw a tunnel extension on there. Also, how was the install on the Fire n Ice vents? I'm thinking of putting the windshield and dash vents on my Pro.

Finally finished. Put on my first 20 miles north of Edmonton yesterday. Drive shaft is in one piece, no missing cogs on the belt, but do the break in with the stock can. My shiny HPS can got pelted with quick drive belt bits that melted on. Other than that it rocks.

how much stuff can you fit in that m/a bag? thinking of getting that set up. should hold spare gloves, goggles and a bottle or two of water? would it hold a fleece jacket folded tightly and a pair of gloves?

Its pretty much the size of a lunch box. I carry tools in a the small one and all my other stuff in a larger one.

What did you do for rivets? get the polaris 7661637 ones or just get stainless steel 3/16"x1/2" rivets?

Used factory Polaris, .35 cents each plus the few that are .96 cents
Under $20 for 32 or 34 what ever it needed.
