hiway conditions from edmonton to lloyd

anyone know the road CONDITIONS FROM EDMONTON to lloyd. my daughter is attending university in edmonton and is coming home on friday nov 9th. should i tell her to stay put,or start driving..she has a car front wheel drive, not all wheel drive. thanks

I talked to a guy last night at about 9 pm from Vermilion he said they were sh1tty. I will be going there today but that wont help you. I did look at the AMA road cameras on the internet yesterday and they were poor. With the colder weather and snow pack I dont know how much better they will be. I have studded grips for winter. Your call.

Drove vermilion to Lloyd this morning, still crappy with lots of ice, most traffic is running 80-90 Kms/h. Are slowly getting better. If she drives slower she would be alright.
