Is any one in this group a realtor or even a local who “knows a guy” in the fernie area? Myself and my family have been entertaining the idea of buying some off grid land near fernie, as we spend 20+ weekends a year in the area. Looking for 1+ acres, out of town, services not required.

Is any one in this group a realtor or even a local who “knows a guy” in the fernie area? Myself and my family have been entertaining the idea of buying some off grid land near fernie, as we spend 20+ weekends a year in the area. Looking for 1+ acres, out of town, services not required.

From my experience, most are 20 acre plots in the Regional District. There are smaller lots but I'm pretty sure they are all on the grid. If you want a name of realtor, send me a PM.
