Boss seat zipper problems

Does anyone else have problems with the zippers on the new Boss seats.
I bought a seat for my M cat in Dec and was under the impression that Boss had fixed the problem zippers the old seats had but, my zipper on the main pocket broke(split and jammed up) the first ride out.
Called and left a message @ Boss but no returned call.

There's a thread in product reviews I think. Sledbunnyracing posted a step by step process on how to fix the zipper after contacting boss for replacement stuff. It's a really good write up.

I emailed boss industries and got a response. The guy needed the serial number from inside the seat. Have that in your initial email to them.

I've found the most effective way to communicate with Boss Seats is by e-mail.
Had no complaints on the service when getting mt seat cover replaced.
