Hi, yes the property is located just above Ross spur rd. in between Fruitvale and Salmo on Hwy #3 Bombi Pass.
No need to load and unload your sled from this place The cabin just needs a wood stove!! and there is gravity water right to the cabin.

The nearest neighbor you'd have would be about half a km away. Very quiet and private.
