ASA Jamboree 2014 is in Athabasca, February 21 & 22

The Athabasca River Runners Snowmobile Club is excited to be holding the ASA Jamboree on February 21 & 22, 2014.


Registration, Meet & Greet - Friday, February 21st

Snowmobile Rally, Supper & Dance - Saturday, February 22nd


$40 Early Bird Registration, by Dec 31st, 2013 (Register early and you will get entered to win 1 of 5 free registrations)

$40 Registration (includes Friday night Meet & Greet, Saturday Morning coffee, juice & pasties, hot dogs on the trail, supper, dance)

$20 for Youth (6-12 years)


Free - Children 5 and under


Rally Hands will be available to purchase at Registration for $10/hand.
ASA Day Passes will be available for non-ASA Members.


*No refunds due to lack of snow - an alternate daytime event will be planned in place of the snowmobile rally if there is insufficient snow.

There will be free secure parking for your snowmobile trailers as well as a shuttle to take you to and from your hotel for the banquet.


The Registration form will be available soon on the ASA Website. We will also be at the Snowmobile Show in Edmonton, Oct 18-20th.

Just a quick note, we are not exactly sure what we will be doing about the secure parking. We may have a security person watch the parking lots at the various hotels, rather than have people leave their trailers at a different location. As well, there is no river riding on the rally. The rally will start at Forfar Hall west of Athabasca and the trail system continues west into the bush.

so you'll be heading more towards Flatbush and the TCST?

Yeah, it'll head west towards Flatbush (but not that far) and on our trail system which is both north and south of the TCST. Check out our map at Athabasca County - then search "athabasca river runners".
