I wouldn't say this was true but I wonder if it is from hitting the rev limiter. It seems on mine if you get out of the throttle and back into it it goes away.

Mine only bogged when I was cruising and hammered the throttle. I quickly let off and hammer it back on and no problem. I wonder about the rev limiter too, but i think it has more to do with the throttle safety switch/kill switch. When I told my dealer about it, the first thing he asked me was if I was standing when it happened. Of all the times I remember I had been standing, and so was my friend when he was riding it and it bogged on him. I think it has something to do with the angle the throttle lever is being pushed at, allowing the safety switch to be tripped. I just got a new, supposedly revised, kill switch put on mine. I've only been out once, but so far no issues.
