when extending the wire's is there a certain type of wire to use? if that makes any sense.

if you can find after market extensions, buy em!. If ytou do it the hard way, Use the same gauge wire as is currently used. I did mine the hard way. 90 minutes later and some really sore fingers, it was done

Where do you buy the extensions? Cause i was told no one had them for the wiring and that i would need to do some sodering.
