2006 Kawasaki front diff

I'm looking for an entire front diff, front left axle and 4x4 actuator for a 2006 Kawaskai Prairie KVF... I know the Brute Force can get the entire assembly for $1500, but can't find anything other than buying every piece individually = $4,000... pretty steep... does anyone have an idea for salvage parts or anything near Calgary

these front diffs are the week point of the bike. When i blew mine apart the local dealer told me it would cost 5000 in parts alone ands 5-8 hours. I pulled it apart and repaired it my self for 850 and about 3 hours. Hintons dealer are scammers.

the first time my diff when when it costed 3800 to fix the next time was over 4000 because I cracked the case the front diff housing, because my dealer totaly messed up the rebuild, the machine got about 4 hrs on it b4 it when BANG...
