Not sure the actual numbers but I always been told that the two cylinders should be close to each other and that’s more important then the number. You can manipulate the actual numbers pretty easy with it being warn or cold, oil in cylinders and even elevation.

130 is a good number but there are a lot of variables as stated ^ .The cylinders should be within 3% if my memory is still working.
