14:1, I think if a guy was confident on the fuel we could run a lower percentage but I go ridding 3-1week trips a year and I would rather spend a little more on fuel if that is the difference between riding and getting choppered out. What did you do with your sled that it is running better, last...
Just following sled shop instructions, Still trying to get the 860 to act like one. Recommended 30-40 percent c111 with some decent premium. I blew the engine last spring, and got told it was bad fuel. I was running low on c111 and the convenice store at mackenzie... well who knows how old the...
Thanks for the info, who sells this stuff in alberta? I know complete skids are exspensive but if they are that much better then stock it sounds like to me that this would be a better mod then alot of the other mods that are out there, like pipes, bb, airboxes etc.
What is the best fix to reduce trenching on a hill climb? I have a 08 xp154 and I am going to change the track to a camo extreme but am wondering if I should turn it into a 163 or do a suspension upgrade? I am not concered about the trail rides but am more concerned about gettin the high mark...
Where can a guy go to really see how much hp the sled really has? Is there a dyno in the peace country somewhere or is edmonton the closes? What does this cost approxmatly. I have a bb and a bunch of other mods and would be interesting to see what the end result is.
I to am thinking about getting black side panels and I was wondering if a guy could just bring them to a body shop and paint over the grey ones that I have now? I would paint over the vent kit and all. Has anyone done this?
I am starting to think what works for one sled will not nessarily work for the next sled even if they are the same machines, but I am not giving up just yet, somethings gotta work.
I just got a 860 bb installed in edmonton and took it out last week, and as much as I hate to say it I was not really impressed. I noticed there was definatly a power gain but I still could not outrun a 06 151rev or a 09 163x stock. (on the hardpack or steep and deep) I have a 08 154x with...
90 percent mountains, I like to keep the throttle as wide open as the terrain will allow me to. I would say 50-100 percent throttle most of the time. Have not ridden it that much in the flat land though. If you are not sure contact someone like specialty sleds or any performance shop that...
I have made one trip to the mountains with the v-force reeds, dyno-port pipe, y-pipe, even though I did not really notice any hp difference I definatly noticed a huge difference in throttle response, would recommend.
