Dose anyone know or had this problem, I have electric start, reverse, 800 rev and when my sled is idling the head light is bright but soon as I rev it up or ride it the headlights dim?? Anything will help.. thanks

You shouldnt have to take track out it should slide off the drive shaft pretty easy, it prob. already has stock parts in chain case???

2002 xc 800 LONG TRACK KIT I am putting a 136 1 1/2" long track kit on my buddy's xc 800, I wanted to know if I have to do anything to the rear suspension for adjustments ?? And also should I drop a tooth or two on the top sprocket ?? Mostly trail riding!!!:bullrider: Any info will help

The 03 rev has no fuel shut off. If your sled was flooding all the time it would be more of the needle and seat holding up and flooding the motor.. I had a old xcr 600 that did that all the time! My sled acts like its not getting a nuff fuel....

It has stock jets in it. So if I leave the jets alone and just turn air screw out you think that would be ok?

sometimes it fires rite up, so would the coil still do that?

I put brand new boyesen reeds in it when i did motor...

Its a short block from skidoo, it has done this senci I put it in, its werd i have to hold it wide open to get it going. ( good thing i have eletric start lol )

I have a 03 rev 800 with new motor had carbs gone thru, not evertime but most when I turn it off after a ride then go to start it 5 to 10 min later it dont want to start,When the sled is cold it firers rite up. Anyone with a idea....:confused:

Elephant Rider you should clean your clutches every 10 hrs of ride time, you get all that belt dust on your helx, shafts and weights. What I do is take my clutches apart once to twices a year and clean really good take a scatch pad and clean everything, I use starting fluid that works the best...

Yes the carbs are syncronized, just put newer coils on it and fuel pump.
