I'm guessing its because it on the north side with no way to get a dozer or equipment across if it was on the south side it would probably fixed by now.

When I was listening to the radio I thought I heard 6 to 8 people were stranded but thy must have said 68.

I went up to six lakes a couples days ago, about 20km after the fire bag bridge there is a lot of water. We had to cross about 100ft of water about 2ft to get up there. after that it is all good. just a warning if your headed up to bring rubber boots.
