It is for sure 21/43 gearing and the chain that was on it was a 72 link. I helped him pull it apart and then got really confused when we went to put it back together.
It has a chain tensioner and when we pulled it apart it was maxed out and the chain was still loose :eek:
lookin at buyin a 1M cat, got wrapped around a tree, he put all new steering bulkehead, fabcraft tunnel, m10 159 skid, d & d single pipe and can , replaced steering post, clutched, has a 900 engine out an 03 cat, anything i should watch for when test riding or inspecting it??

hps sound great! if you want something thats got a good throaty sound to it this can is it, it is kinda loud if your wanting something quiet, but once your down in the lower rpms its quiet

The Needle is stuck open, tap the side of the carb with a screw driver and that usually shuts it, but its probably ready for a new needle and seat a good cleaning.
The number 200 is the horse-power rating of the engine when it was stock. You can take the numbers of the block and look up to see what it really is. Is it a true inboard or an inboard/outboard.

Any one ever taken a jackshaft from a zx chassis and put it in a s-2000 chassis......will that work.....I want to put a roller secondary on my sled. I figured it would be cheaper and easier to get one for a splined shaft.
