I was wrong in my first post the teflon blocks are only 3/4" thick, if I was to do it again I would use 1" thick pieces. You can see the block behind the screen in the first picture, the second is my wife's 07 600
Wrecked my left knee after getting it stuck in the footwell, my fix was to bolt some 1" thick teflon spacers to the aluminium close off plates. I can still use the loops but just get my toe under it.
I had my Walkers revalved with the TRS specs at Riverside, for about $350 couple years ago. Also have the Raptor progressive springs all around, wish I could rave about the results, but I just have not had enough riding time on the set up to make an informed judgement. I will say that I have not...
From the info I have read about this motor the 3 stage exhaust valves and electric oil pump allow Polaris to get a much more consitant run quality while meeting EPA standards. This should result in a more reliable engine.
Re: An All New King takes its Throne...Video
As far as marketing goes, I think "An all new King takes it's throne" is a great line! Sure beats video with (guy's ?) twirling around on a stage wearing flouresant colored onesies!
Re: An All New King takes its Throne...Video
That's the picture that I was refering to earlier, there is way less material between the fuel tank and rails (good or bad?). Sounds like the body work is also more narrow, this thing should be able to lean over even more than the Pro before it's...
Re: An All New King takes its Throne...Video
There is a picture up on Snowest with both the Pro and Axy's on the same screen. The new sled looks to have a significant increase in ground clearance over the Pro.
Snowest is better if you ride a Polaris, way more technical info on that site for Polaris. Ski Doo is the dominant brand here, the magazine is not what it used to be though.
Some good advice so far I would be sure to grease all the nipples on the skid and take the skiis off and grease the bushings and bolts holding them on. Might also want to clean both clutches, and replace both springs.
