So I read some stuff on here about a guy named deanno and a rave mod and clutch kit I put it in my 2010 summit xp 163 after talking with him a little my opion on this is I rode last two days in deep deep snow in the ferni area deep :) the clutch kit is the best I've ever had and I've tried lots...
So talked to deano going to run his clutch kit rave mod thermostat and maybe gear change anyone have any experience with this combo 2010 summit x 163 bone stock right now dint want to get crazy
just wanted to say thank you to brent artic edge motosports for doing my 860 fresh of the dyno 183 horse and 119 foot pounds on pump gas my combo bored carbs twin jaws and brents handy work thanks artic edge motorsports.:beer:

just trying to understand a little better,load how is it created and which is the best way, primmary spring ,helix, flyweight,combination of both,which do guys perfer, softer primary spring or harder.lots of flywheight with big finish on spring like 350 or small finish like 260 and less...
just got back in from testing the new dj 2 helix man its nice,only thing is i got all the weight the pins can handle in there 20.5 so now i will lower spring rate to it pulls down ,right now i got joes new 175/360 in there testing was done at 5000 to 7000 feet,man she pulls with this...
so after eveything ive done to get my 860 rippen took it out today bolt in secondary shears of that holds the roller in and now my two clutches are totaly pucked,can this be resurfaced or do i have to replace, this sucks
so got my sled back today and very happy with the results dave from a@e racing in brooks dailed it in to the tune of 180 horse it actually spiked 184 but level out at a solid 180 very pleased,torqe is above 100 ft pounds as low as 6000 rpm very nice peak was 115,waiting on new head as we think...
just wanted to put a thank you out there to dave french at a@e racing for the excelent job on my 860 bb,coupled with the custom domes and the jaws twins this thing puts a smile on my face every time i ride it,wheeling a 163 is lots of fun,next week daves going to dail this thing in on the dyno...
just wanted to put this out there, a@e racing out of brooks went out of there way so i could ride on the holidays, had all my stuff flown in so i could be up and running thanks dave and crew,now to get the twin jaws mounted.
so im going to be installing jaws twins on my 860 in the xp,just wondering about preping engine compartment before install,any advice would be great pics would be great to and yes i know its alot of work.thanks
wanting to run strait av gas.860 15.1 rkt head 460 jets right now.egt reading 400/420 adle in garage.should i go yo 480 500 jets.any info would be great thanks.
