FYI these guys do have stators for an xp. they charge 100 for a new stator they just need your old one to swap the wiring harness over to the new one. i receieved an email imediately and they were very helpfull. they do the repairs or wiring harness swap that day and ship it out immediately.

not sure im stuck at work till tuesday and my sled is tore down to the tunnell and the motoris in pieces so not to worried yet. just check the snow conditions thread on here.

no i damaged the windings when iwas pulling the stator off the crank. woops (and not in those words) i threaded a bolt in to far and it cracked one of the wires i soldered it back together and glued it back in place im sure its fine. also damaged the winding a bit but it looks ok. just trying...

wow there way cheaper 150 compared to 450 i didnt see one listed for an xp though. i emailed them to confirm so see what they say but good to know way cheaper than oem.

cool i will have a look i sure hope mine is ok i repaired it and put a meter on it and the ohm reading was correct. i will be pretty mad if i get that motor back in there and the thing doesent work.

the cops in golden are fine but they are allways on the look out. and yes we get a lot of new keeners here who just dont get it and are out to prove there authority. wouldnt worry about it to much unless you have something to worry about. make sure your junk is up to code maybe even have a look...

no i missed the one in summerland i had to work. i used to go all the time. i live in golden and always looking for people to ride with. hopefully get out saturday the weather looks good.

i havent had any problems with my 08 and i wouldnt say i treat it nice. poor sled haha one issue to watch for is a fraying oil cable not so fun to change. and the oil cap did leak i put my little nylon insert and cap from my rev. but before that it just made me mad but didnt leak that bad...

you can ride to the parking lot and thats it. even on a trials bike it would be a suffer mission. and also it is very frowned upon/closed to motorised vehicles after the parking area.

our play area was melted out went for a ride three days in a row packed the chainsaw around and cut out all the deadfall. it was great to be out especialy since the ski hill was icy. shaping up to be a good season. im stoked to be out already there was a few patches of snow in some shaded areas...

i will buy your old ones im looking for some black xp skis. and i think the stock skis work great.
