I have an '11 3500 with the 6.7 and get reasonable mileage now that the km's are adding up - last tank on highway - empty - was over 1150 km's from Idaho to Calgary via Radium before fill up. Not as much power as I expected towing, better compared to a GMC 2500 6 litre and did not check mileage.

wow my friend gets less than 750 unloaded highway in his 2009 6.7...all stock 120L tank
. My 2008 6.7 never saw more than 650 per tank empty Was terrible on fuel even after a turbo back exhaust. Intake And smarty box chip. Towing was 450 with quads on a open trailer. 375-400 k with big toyhauler. I do drive swiftly whether towing or not though.

Same, with our 07 6.7l. We usually cruising down the highway at 120 min with sleds or whatever, but only get 650km ish per tank. That is with turbo back exahust, dpf delete, chip, 35 tires, no lift. Gonna try a EGR delete next to see if this helps out more.

Bought one the first year they were out....pulls the race trailer around 14,000 lbs loaded.....450 kms is the most it's ever gotten.....bought with the six speed standard and other big mistake....

took the clutch out of it at 50,000 km they warrantied the flywheel and pressure plate but not the clutch.... wasn't quick enough to think of aftermarket parts so paid more for a clutch from Chrysler then a stronger better setup after market.... the dual mass pressure plate is junk....

Need to do the DPF delete, exhaust and air box.....

I did a full turbo back exhaust and H & S programmer on my 2010 dually which was only getting approx 750 km's to a tank running down the hwy empty at 110km/hr. Now it's getting 850-900 km's a tank now. When hooked on to the holiday trailer I don't care what it gets for mileage cause I know what ever you hook onto 15500 lbs is gonna love the fuel.

You gotta do the deletes and add a tuner. My 6.7 has been chipped and deleted since 3000km. Going on 75000 engine triuble free km now. I get up to 1000 km per tank empty on highway. Gotta do the speed limit though. When you get into 120 km/HR range they all start sucking the fuel hard.

I cut out the dpf and did a 5"turbo back exhaust with a h&s on my 2011 dodge 3500 at 3000km. Driving around the city I always get at least 700k to a tank. I haven't done a big trip on the highway yet but am impressed with the mileage so far. Its get better mileage right now with 11000k then my 07.5 ram 3500 got with 100000k with edge programmer and dpf delete

Chris at Parkland Motor Sports in Stony Plain installed mine and swapped out the stock exhaust.

Where did you guys get your h&s programmers? And what did you pay?

I ordered mine directly from Casey at H&S. was 1300 for my Black Maxx. with the H&S they are constantly working to improve the software, like fixing any bugs that may arise, and adding extra features all through an update process you can do at home. I am very happy with their product and their service. Also you can purchase the Overdrive software which is transmission tunning. it will really add life to your transmission and shift better too. check them out. with our dollar you might be best to order direct from them. as far as DPF deletes go I have the FloPro which is made in Red Deer. Oh, and I did all the instals myself. let me know which direction you go, I can give you pointers for the removal and install of the exhaust and installation of the Mini Maxx or Black Maxx
