if any one can help i would really appreciate it,
I need carb parts for this old gem. Yamaha in their great wisdom back then used TK carbs, and they were dealer specific. Since then they have discontinued some parts. Part I need most is called the main nozzle or emulsion tube. The brass tube the main jet screws into at the bottom, and the needle slides in from the top. I've tried numerous carb websites and a few wreckers, also every web site that pertains to Yamaha NOS parts, with no luck. So now I'm hoping to find someone who has or knows of one that may be trashed and or hidden away in some old granary and forgotten about. If you know of an alternative carb that would work i would also be interested. Thanks david

Welcome to the site.

FYI, you should post this in the Mud Pit Chat and Just About Anything Goes. Also, any of the Yamaha sections may also help you. Just not a lot of traffic through this thread. Good luck with your search:d

David, did you just get the bike? Did it come with a carb? I had one and know I had a spare in the garage somewhere...
