Who coates the plastic on ski tie downs etc

Looking who in Edmonton does the plastic coating for items such as ski tie downs etc? (See pics).

You can also try heat shrink tubing. It's pretty tuff. Can get some pretty big stuff too from electrical suppliers. That's if the plastic dip route doesn't work out for you.

X2 on plastidip. Get a can and just dip it. It will take you for ever to spray it on thick enough.

Another thing to look at is rubber splicing tape, from eecol or any electrical wholesaler.
It goes on kinda stretchy, and vulcanizes itself together. Works wicked for something like that.
