Where in the foothills can I ride a 300 Freestyle?

My son has a skidoo 300 and I have been looking for a place that has some good powder for him but something with out steep mountain hills that are decent for him he is 12 years old so a hill he could handle with little help. New to Alberta and having a tough time finding him a place to ride.

Whitecourt. Great trails. Some play areas. Good starting point.

Agreed. I rode the Golden Triangle route last winter. That's Whitecourt, Swan Hills, Fox Creek. Your sons machine is best suited for those kinds of trails and snow conditions. I think you could rent a machine up there for yourself too. There a thread here that suggests Flatbush north of Westlock would also be good.

Sandy Beach just 20 minutes north has a good mix of everything for a learner....

And some of the hills to the north can please a seasoned rider too ...
