Originally I used the free Windows Movie Maker which is no longer available for Windows 10. Now I use Wondershare Filmora. If I remember correctly, it was about $50, but I think you can trial it free. I found it to be more difficult to use than Windows Movie Maker but it did everything I needed to it (for video editing) once I got the hang of it.

I recently got a nice camera, now I'm figuring out editing. My camera came with editing software(from Nikon) but it is pretty basic.
Today I installed PhotoShop. Real cool program, just trying to figure it out though. You can do a lot with it.
I'm going to try to do some sequence shot's of jumps and drops here in the near future. Need to get tripod for my camera though.

I don't know WTF I'm doing yet, but here is a pic I edited today for fun. Nothing special, just an overlay:

Adobe Photoshop CS2 is now free to download and use off the Adobe website. No illegal cracks needed to unlock the full version. Steep learning curve on photoshop though.

i also use Sony Vegas 13 to edit my videos. That also has a steep learning curve, and has a lot of capability but being able to use it to its full potential is the hard part.

Dont expect to get "sick edits" anytime soon. I've been doing it in my spare time for 4 years. And starting to get more comfortable. No matter how sick you are at editing, if your content is boring and repetitive your finished product is and will always be boring.

stick your neck out there, get uncomfortable to take those shots. Take them from angles people don't always get to see.

remember, try to do as LITTLE as you can to a photo. The more you mess with a photo the lower the quality it becomes. You want them to look good right from the camera.

Gopro Studio is what I recently been playing around with, simple to use. But like any editing takes times and trial and error

whoDEANie you can still install Windows Movie Maker on Windows 10 using the English Installer Here link https://mspoweruser.com/grab-microsofts-windows-movie-maker-offline-installer-goes-away-forever/
It works flawlessly on Windows 10 click the choose programs to install option.
Figuring this link will become invalid within days.
