Used sled inspections?

So im looking at a friends summit and after last years fun with the yamaha and electrical i dont want to end up with another lemon. Is there anyone in the city that does anything that could help me out. The machine has some mods by mots in St Albert so i was thinking of heading in there. I just want a pros opinion as it appears mine sucked on the last one. Thanks

frien or not. my advice would be to buy one that is as stock as it can be. generally less miles and owned by someone who rides a little gentler. issues can still be had but through past expierience stock for used is the only way to go.
